As a Leadership Development and DEIB Consultant, I partner with HR leaders like you to equip multicultural teams with the tools they need to thrive in complexity. My sweet spot? Developing leaders who can hold space for diverse perspectives, navigate tension with clarity, and foster a sense of belonging — without losing strategic focus.

Marylynn, was my supervisor when I transitioned into a leadership role with in our organization. What stands out to me is the way Marylynn took time to actually get to know me as a person as she coached and trained me into a new leadership role keeping what she knew of me in mind. The value of community was also very evident as she gathered multiple groups during the 2020 and 2021 pandemic to foster community virtually. Finally, it has also been very encouraging to see her facilitate discussion with the 3practices groups where the topics were hard and potentially polarizing.
