Mindfulness has a positive impact on our physical and mental health and can reduce stress, anxiety and depression. Being present in the moment not only brings us in contact with ourselfes and our surrounding, but we can exoerience more peace and joy.

I offer 8 week courses of mindfulness, presential in l'Eliana or online. These courses are highly effectice with its concept of practise, thematical Inputs and interchange with the aim of reducing stress, handling dificult emotions, Integration of body and mind, gaining more wellbeing.

I also offer:
• workshops of mindfulness in nature •. mindfulness workshops in combination with selfreflective and strenghtening writing exercises
• mindful walks
