I am a qualified psychotherapist and provide adults (18+) and couples with one to one psychotherapy face to face in my quiet central Valencia premises and also offer therapy online for those who live elsewhere. A combination of in person and online is also possible.Life can be challenging at times. Asking for support when experiencing stress, anxiety, depression or addiction or when going through a difficult time in your life due to loss, divorce, job change or grief is a sign of strength and a willingness to change.
